Thank you for shopping with Shoalwater Nutrition. We want every customer to feel confident ordering from us, so this policy explains how purchases, cancellations, returns, refunds, and damaged order issues are handled.

By placing an order with Shoalwater Nutrition, you agree to the terms below.

Purchases

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Shoalwater Nutrition sells supplements, protein products, hydration products, fitness gear, and apparel. Product availability, pricing, promotions, and shipping options may change at any time without notice.

We do our best to keep product information accurate, including descriptions, images, ingredients, supplement facts, sizes, colors, and pricing. However, occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error with your order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the order.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment processor.

Orders are not processed until payment has been successfully completed.

Shoalwater Nutrition does not store your full payment card information.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after the order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Some products may ship from different fulfillment partners or warehouses. If your order includes multiple items, your items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Shipping

Shoalwater Nutrition offers free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.

Canada and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Returned with proof of purchase

Due to safety and quality concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, protein powders, pre-workouts, hydration products, vitamins, or consumable products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Opened supplements
- Opened protein powders
- Opened pre-workout products
- Opened hydration or electrolyte products
- Opened vitamins or wellness products
- Used shaker bottles or fitness gear
- Worn or washed apparel
- Items damaged by misuse
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards, if offered

Apparel Returns

Apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

Apparel that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

If the wrong apparel item, size, color, or design was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

Return Approval

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Returns must be approved before they are shipped back. If a return is sent without approval, we may not be able to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Shoalwater Nutrition is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, including:

- Items returned with missing packaging
- Items not returned in original condition
- Orders with multiple items where only part of the order is eligible
- Approved exceptions handled by customer support

We do not guarantee exchanges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Shoalwater Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your mail area, front desk, apartment office, or the shipping carrier.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution process.

Health and Supplement Disclaimer

Shoalwater Nutrition products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always read product labels before use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, sensitive to stimulants, or managing a medical condition.
