Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shoalwater Nutrition purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of consumable supplements.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at isaiah.duet23@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no return required.
